Cloudticity would like to introduce and welcome to Amber Glauser, RN — our new customer success director!
Amber shares our collective mission — help every human on Earth get healthier through the work that we do. This credo drives us as a team to empower organizations in harnessing the power of the cloud to radically reshape healthcare.
Passionate about customer advocacy and deeply skilled in both healthcare technology and clinical process, Amber will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of our customer success organization. She brings over 15 years of clinical nursing experience to Cloudticity, along with an impressive track record in the implementation, improvement, and management of a variety of healthcare information technology solutions.
Our strategy at Cloudticity is to ensure the customer is at the center of everything we do. Amber brings extraordinary front-line healthcare knowledge and expertise to our organization, fortifying our commitment to maximize every opportunity for our customers to digitize, automate, and connect for success.
We asked Amber what she thought about joining the team. Here is what she had to say:
“My life’s work is devoted to improving human quality of life by promoting health. I have worked with and touched nearly every aspect of healthcare delivery. I understand deeply how health systems around the world operate and the technology that enables them. I’m beyond thrilled to join Cloudticity and build innovative technology solutions for the complicated problems that plague healthcare today.”
Amber describes herself as honest, ambitious, and feisty — qualities that she’ll leverage to ensure Cloudticity customers reap the full benefits of modernized IT implementation for superior healthcare delivery. When she’s not collaborating on back-to-back Zoom calls, scouring the pages of the New England Journal of Medicine, completing postgraduate coursework in nursing informatics, or shuttling her 5-year-old son around town, she’s likely to be found working in her garden, plotting small adventures, or preparing a delicious meal for family and friends.
In short, Amber is a vibrant “whole” human with a can-do attitude, deep healthcare experience, and extraordinary skills — a perfect fit for Cloudticity and our customers. We’re particularly inspired by Amber’s personal motto: “The future can be better than the present, and I have the power to make it so.” Words to live and work by! Welcome to the team, Amber.
